Control unit
The control unit is mandatory under the Cash Register Act. With us you choose between the classic black box and a cloud-based unit — both certified.
How it works
Every transaction from the register is sent to the control unit, signed with a secret key and returned with a unique control number printed on the receipt.
This means Skatteverket can in retrospect determine that no sale has been deleted — a cornerstone of the Swedish Cash Register Act.

Stationary restaurant: physical box per register line. Mobile or chain: cloud unit.
What happens during a power outage?+
The physical unit has its own battery. The cloud unit requires connectivity.
Does the control unit cost extra?+
Physical box about SEK 4,000 one-off. Cloud unit SEK 79–149 per register and month.
